Senior Account Director Role Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Account Director to spearhead the development of our social media offerings, focusing on personal brand and podcasting.

About the Job:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of innovative social media strategies to drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team from scratch, ensuring seamless project execution and scalability.
  • Develop systems and processes that foster collaboration and efficiency as we expand globally.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex accounts and projects simultaneously, with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring, managing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Strong background in developing and executing innovative social media strategies across platforms.
  • Deep understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and growth strategies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram & YouTube.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and results clearly.
