Job Description

The Customer Experience Specialist Trainee plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. This dynamic sales environment requires a customer-focused individual who is passionate about cars, technology, and helping people find the perfect solution for their needs.

Key responsibilities include learning and developing product knowledge to deliver comprehensive demonstrations to customers.

Additionally, the individual will provide high-standard customer service for in-store queries and supports the team in addressing questions about vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services.

They will also learn and develop interpersonal skills to clearly explain product benefits and features, building strong customer relationships and anticipating customer needs.

Responsibilities may also include assisting with preparing and processing sales contracts as needed and aiding in customer trade-ins and document processing on delivery day.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong interest or experience in sales, retail, and/or the automotive industry.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms.
  • Availability to work Saturdays with a weekday off in lieu.
