Customer Experience Leader

As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading and embedding a culture that builds a team of engaged product and brand ambassadors within your store. You will enable and develop your team who are customer-first, people-focused, and results-driven.

The ideal candidate will bring their commercial eye to the store, spotting trade opportunities, and finding solutions to improve the customer experience and store results. They will also manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.

In addition, you will advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation, leading the team on how they can make a life-changing impact on our projects around the world.
