Brand Ambassador Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join our team. This is a seasonal casual role, ideal for someone who is available from September 2025 through February 2026.

As a Seasonal Casual Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, driving sales through confident product knowledge, and contributing to a positive team culture.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and engaging customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for every customer
  • Assist customers in finding the right products to suit their needs and style preferences
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
  • Drive sales through confident product knowledge and a proactive approach
  • Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture with a focus on safety and teamwork

Requirements:

  • Flexible availability from September 2025 through February 2026, including weekends and late nights
  • Reliable, positive, and love helping others
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bonus points if you've worked in retail or customer service, but if not, we'll teach you
