About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Relations Specialist to join our team at CBH Group. As a key member of our Community Relations team, you will play a critical role in executing our Community Investment Fund activities, driving awareness and engagement with our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate a diverse portfolio of community investment projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, communications, and engagement plans to effectively reach growers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain engaging content for social media, websites, intranets, presentations, and other corporate communication channels.
  • Represent CBH Group at community events and forums, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
  • Proven experience in community relations, including managing large portfolios of community activities.
  • Strong ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective in building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful communication and engagement strategies that align with business goals.
  • Excellent skills in marketing and employee communications, capable of articulating information to diverse audiences.
