Market Segment Strategist

The Market Segment Strategist is responsible for defining, developing, and activating market segment go-to-market strategy as part of the Market Execution plan across APAC, excluding China. This role focuses on Industry & Renewables (Transformer) within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Country MDs and Market Managers to identify business needs, determine key accounts, co-develop actions and timelines, and align resources in support of go-to-market activities.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies and plans, including generating product value propositions and positioning.
  • Establish a deep understanding of customer segments and market dynamics, develop trusted relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
  • Build and monitor sales pipelines, forecast, and track metrics while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business or engineering highly desired.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the electrical power equipment industry.
  • Proven leadership skills for direct and indirect teams, ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to address tough issues, contribute to collaborative solutions, and manage multiple account management projects.
