About the Role

SICE Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Document Controller to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective quality control, management, submission, and storage of documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain the corporate/project document control register.
  • Administer the Document Management System (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, etc.) to preserve and protect the information from misuse or misappropriation.
  • Manage the front and back end of the SICE's SharePoint site to ensure it is updated and addresses the changing business needs.
  • Maintain different project registers and databases as required, including access management to ensure users get appropriate read/write privileges.
  • Assess and validate that all documentation meets the corporate/project quality standards.
  • Organise and archive corporate/project documents.
  • Facilitate the submission of all project documentation through the specific project software within the time and quality parameters, including adherence to the established operating procedures during document submissions.
  • Assist in the creation of procedures to guarantee the appropriate management of the project records.
  • Provide other administration support as required.
  • Provide support to managers and leaders when required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in document control or similar project support roles.
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint and Microsoft365 tools, e.g., Power Automate.
  • Solid command of MS Office, especially MS Word and Excel (Advanced preferred).
  • Solid time management, planning, and organizational skills, including initiative and proactiveness.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and transition between projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently in an efficient manner.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Knowledge of coding (e.g., Python) and Automation tools (Power Apps) preferred.
