Job Description

Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly front desk representative to join our team. As a casual receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting patients with a professional demeanor
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
  • Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Managing patient inquiries in person and over the phone
  • There will be an aspect of dental assisting, on an ad hoc basis as needed

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Dental Assistant or Front Desk Representative

Certificate III in Dental Assisting is advantageous

Experience in D4W software and basic knowledge of Microsoft applications

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience with file keeping and data entry

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
