About the Opportunity:
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills and experience in coaching and supporting employees to build service capacity for Home and Community Care staff.
The Practice Coach will work closely with leadership teams across regions, as well as frontline staff, to provide advice and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily practice aligns with operation models of care that prioritize person-centered principles.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary or Diploma qualification in a relevant field, such as Aged Care, Health, Business, or equivalent years of experience.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly regarded.
- Experience in Aged Care and/or the Health environment.
- Significant experience in coaching and supporting employees, ensuring content is updated and fit for purpose.
- Ability to convey information and ideas through creative channels that support understanding and retention of information.
- Confident in navigating and nurturing teams through ambiguity and change.
- Passion for social change and contributing to an organisation of influence for vulnerable, at-risk, and disadvantaged members of the community.
- Proficient in using multiple computer applications, as well as the willingness to learn new systems/programs.
- Current driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
