**Medical Career Opportunity in Obstetrics and Gynaecology**

Deliver effective medical care in the area of obstetrics and gynaecology under supervision. This role is based at Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital and supports pre-requisites for future training positions with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

Our team works collaboratively to deliver high-quality patient care in a busy rural hospital setting. The successful candidate will be an important part of our multidisciplinary team, working closely with specialist staff and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver effective medical care in the area of obstetrics and gynaecology under supervision.
  • To work independently in a supervised environment, managing complex clinical cases.
  • To participate in after-hours overtime and standby rosters as required.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

**What You'll Need:**

  • MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a supervised environment.
  • Preparedness and ability to participate in after-hours overtime and standby rosters.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and moderate computer skills.
