Job Title: Specialist Healthcare Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled healthcare professional to join our Orthopaedic Ward team.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, with relevant registration and experience working in a surgical ward environment.

  • Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient progress.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • Relevant registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum two (2) years of postgraduate experience in a hospital setting
  • Previous experience working in a surgical ward environment
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care needs
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
