Key Role: Business Partner

The key role of the Business Partner is to provide high-level support to the Executive Support Unit, ensuring timely coordination, review and drafting of Ministerial and Parliamentary products, Chief Executive correspondence and other internal documents. This role supports consistent and accurate communication and delivery of information across NSW Health, the Ministers' Offices, staff, patients, consumers and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Reviewing Complex Correspondence: Draft and review complex correspondence and briefings for the LHD Executive in an accurate and timely manner with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Provide high-level written and verbal communication skills, including working successfully with staff at all levels within a large organisation.
  • Confidential Handling: Confidentially handle controversial and emotive issues.
