Customer Partnership Lead

A critical role in our supply chain success is the ability to form and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our customers.

We are seeking a skilled Customer Partnership Lead who will partner closely with customers to deliver customized solutions and drive growth within their supply chains.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer requirements and be able to provide valuable insights and expertise to navigate the complexities of the logistics environment.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Determining customer needs to deliver tailored solutions and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Maintaining strong, trusting relationships at multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Collaborating closely with customers to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
  • Developing and implementing key account plans aligned with corporate objectives and strategies.
  • Managing administrative functions for assigned accounts, including CRM management and general administration.
  • Providing regular reporting and conducting on-site client visits to focus on tactical and strategic KPIs.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics Management.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Proven commercial acumen and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
