Job Overview

Pragmateam is seeking a skilled User Experience Designer to join our team based in Sydney, Australia. As a User Experience Designer, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end user experience solutions, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic thinking to deliver user-centered design solutions, from defining user needs to delivering concepts.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create user scenarios, service experience concepts, and rapid prototypes.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in existing services.
  • Conduct usability research, including designing research programs, selecting appropriate research approaches, and distilling and articulating findings.
  • Work in a consultative and collaborative manner with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
