Customer Service and Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative at our Noosa store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our retail and trade customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, building strong relationships with our trade customers.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, driving sales growth and contributing to the store's success.
- Support other team members to ensure business goals are met, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store.
- Support local community and charitable organizations, demonstrating our company's commitment to social responsibility.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:
- Previous experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to genuinely connect with customers and build rapport.
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
