Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at our Noosa store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and making recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including our range of pet food, toys, and accessories.
    • Provide expert advice to customers on our products, helping them to make informed decisions about their pets' health and well-being.
  • Store Operations
    • Contribute to the overall success of our store, working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Assist with visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and easy-to-shop manner.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Perform other duties as required, including lifting heavy items, working on weekends, and being flexible with regards to working days and hours.
