Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our team on a casual basis in our Noosa store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including pet care and nutrition
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, including maintaining a clean and organized store
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and store objectives
  • Perform other duties as required, including lifting heavy items and working on weekends
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in a high-volume, disciplined retailer
  • Strong merchandising skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • High integrity, reliability, and determination to meet high standards
  • Ability to work unsupervised and be flexible with working days and hours
  • Commitment to the care and well-being of pets
