Business Analysis Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, translate them into actionable project requirements, facilitate stakeholder communication, and ensure project outcomes align with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including business cases, process maps, and user stories.
  • Support change initiatives by assisting stakeholders in understanding and adopting new processes or systems.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure alignment between business needs and project deliverables.
  • Evaluate potential risks and impacts of proposed changes or solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong process mapping skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis in cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Ability to facilitate and run workshops.
  • BPMN and Lean Six Sigma certification beneficial.
  • Ability to define new systems and IT capability for internal business units.
