Lead Business Analyst

The Lead Business Analyst will be at the forefront of a large-scale, enterprise-wide digital transformation program.

  • Oversee and mentor three Business Analysis Leads and their teams across multiple streams: Human Capital Management, Payroll, Finance, and Information Communication Technology.
  • Drive the delivery of comprehensive business and process analysis across various workstreams, including Identity Management, HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Integration.
  • Promote process reengineering efforts to support the future-state operating model and system transformations.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between business units, vendors, and technical delivery teams to align requirements and ensure traceability.
  • Guarantee that business and technical requirements are clearly defined, validated, and maintained throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Oversight of integration analysis across platforms, ensuring consistency in data models and business logic.
  • Presentation of key analysis insights, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies at cross-program governance forums.
  • Maintain governance over Business Analysis deliverables and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory standards, and program milestones.
  • Plan and facilitate cross-functional workshops and produce high-quality documentation (process maps, use cases, user stories, integration specs, etc.).
