**Senior Family Lawyer Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Lawyer to join our team in a senior role on the Gold Coast. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious lawyer to take their career to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have 4–8+ years PAE in family law, preferably in private practice. They should have experience managing complex matters and mentoring junior lawyers. Accredited Specialist or interest in pursuing accreditation is also desirable.

About the Position:
  • Manage a range of complex family law matters including parenting disputes, property settlements, spousal maintenance, financial agreements, same-sex and de facto matters, as well as mediation and domestic violence proceedings.
  • Work with a skilled in-house team of paralegals who handle administrative tasks, giving you space to focus on legal strategy and client care.
  • Clear pathways to Specialisation and Partnership with support at every step.
Key Requirements:
  • 4–8+ years PAE in Family Law (preferably in private practice)
  • Experience managing complex matters and mentoring junior lawyers
  • Accredited Specialist or interest in pursuing accreditation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
