We are currently seeking a Customer Insights Lead to champion customer experience by collecting, interpreting, and delivering actionable insights.

About the Role:

  • This is a 9-month fixed-term contract opportunity that requires a tertiary qualification in marketing, management, business, or commerce, or equivalent experience.
  • You will need at least 5 years of experience in customer experience, insights, marketing, or a related field, with proven ability to interpret customer data and develop strategies and campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills for creating reports and briefs, as well as strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively, this role would suit someone who is able to facilitate focus groups and collect qualitative data.
