Job Summary

This is a hybrid role that involves working across the organization to develop and implement data analysis methodologies to identify and mitigate compliance risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in data analysis, compliance, or auditing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data analysis methodologies to identify and mitigate compliance risks
  • Gather and analyze data related to compliance activities, including HR and internal investigations data, audits, risk assessments, and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective action
  • Monitor compliance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs
  • Partner with business units to use data to identify new compliance risk areas and assess existing ones
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, compliance, or auditing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Ability to create visualizations to communicate findings effectively
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholder relationships
