These roles involve working with clients who are seeking Receptionists and Administrators to join their teams.

**Job Responsibilities:**

In these roles, your duties will consist of the following:

  • Document control and management
    - Inbound and outbound calls to answer queries and confirm information
    - Scanning, filling and archiving of documents
  • Updating client information
    - Interpreting information to make decisions
    - Handling confidential information
  • Basic data entry with updating and maintaining a database Adhoc tasks

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be considered for these roles, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience with TRIMM or SAP is desirable but not essential
    - Previous experience in Reception, Administration or Call Centre roles
    - Proficient using MS Office suite
  • Great data entry skills
    - Able to work full-time hours Monday-Friday
