Job Overview
KPMG Law's Tax Dispute Resolution and Controversy team is comprised of specialists who assist organisations and individuals in tax disputes, maintaining relationships with revenue authorities. Our dynamic group seeks legal professionals with experience in tax law and tax disputes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate tax, international tax, and/or tax dispute resolution, along with expertise in interpersonal skills, influencing, and project management.

This role involves:
  • Preparing for and resolving risk reviews, audits, and disputes with the ATO and revenue authorities.
  • Developing written and oral advocacy skills and providing legal advice.
  • Collaborating with specialist groups across KPMG's Deals, Tax & Legal practice.

In this challenging role, you'll be part of our growing team advising clients on domestic and cross-border tax issues. Your qualifications could include:

  • A Law Degree as well as experience in developing written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Strong leadership skills to get the best out of a diverse team.
