Seasonal Concierge Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking friendly, reliable team members who genuinely enjoy creating positive experiences for our customers.

This role involves playing a key part in creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.

To achieve this, you will need to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Welcome guests at the concierge desk and assist with their needs
  • Provide directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Promote and sell gift cards and other services

The ideal candidate will be available to work flexible shifts from September to February, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. This is a seasonal casual role offering a great opportunity to work during the festive season.

The contract runs from September 2025 to January/February 2026, with shifts based on business needs.
