Senior Clinical Care Leader

Tradewind Australia partners with aged care providers across Victoria, recruiting for not-for-profit and government organisations. We are working with a well-established not-for-profit that supports older people and their families.
This senior role oversees nursing services, ensuring high-quality care that meets professional standards and safety and dignity requirements. A clinical leader with a passion for person-centred care is required to lead aged care services with innovation, compassion, and operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead by example, providing an exceptional level of care and service to the resident community through strong leadership and management skills.
- Oversee all aspects of clinical care provision, direction, and performance to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Respond effectively to human resource issues, client complaints, and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure the efficient operational and financial management of the residential care home.
- AHPRA Registered Nurse Division 1 is essential.
- Strong management and innovative leadership skills are required.
- Proven leadership experience in multidisciplinary settings with the ability to guide clinical teams effectively.
- Foster a values-driven high-performing team culture with a focus on employee wellbeing and engagement.
- Strong understanding of aged care and compliance regulations.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience in a leadership/management role in aged care.
