Make a Real Difference in the Lives of Others

We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed. Our team takes a multi-disciplinary approach to building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their family.

We believe that everyone deserves access to life-changing support that can improve their independence, health, wellbeing, and function. That's why we're seeking Speech Pathologists who enjoy working in a variety of settings, including clinics and community environments.

Job Description:

  • We empower our participants by using a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goals, and intervention.
  • Our clinicians use a combination of standardized and non-standardized assessments, tailored to each participant's needs, to inform our clinical reasoning.
  • We deliver much-needed speech therapy interventions in settings that best match our participants' goals, such as schools, homes, workplaces, or community centers.
  • Our team collaborates closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Key Workers, and Behaviour Support Practitioners to provide comprehensive support.

Successful candidates will work with NDIS participants living in Campbelltown, Prestons, Liverpool, Ingleburn, Casula & surrounding areas.

What We Offer:

  • A caseload that aligns with your passions and skills, allowing you to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact.
  • Flexibility to work from home, set your own schedule, and choose the hours that suit you best.
  • Competitive remuneration package, including salary packaging, car allowance, laptop, smartphone, and purchase leave.
  • A culture that values autonomy, work-life balance, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
