Job Title: Waitlist Supervisor

Our Waitlist Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of patient care within our Admissions Department.

This position is responsible for coordinating and supervising front-line clerical staff, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate front-line clerical staff
  • Oversee daily operations of the Admissions Department
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated understanding of waitlist management within an Admissions setting
  • Experience in supervision of front-line staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
