Job Title: Payroll Experience Manager

Job Description

The role of Payroll Experience Manager is a key position within the organization, responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand. This includes ensuring accurate, timely payments aligned with Awards, EBAs, employment contracts, and statutory obligations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Well-versed in PAYG, FBT, Payroll Tax, and Superannuation regulations across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Strong working knowledge of Awards and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs).
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems, time & attendance platforms, and/or HRIS.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex payroll operations for both Australia and New Zealand.
