Senior Legal Professional

A Senior Lawyer is required to lead a team of legal professionals, managing complex caseloads and representing the organization in court proceedings.The Job Requirements
- 5+ years post-qualification experience with proven management capabilities and technical expertise in civil litigation, succession law, or elder/disability law.
- Courtroom advocacy skills with the confidence to handle sensitive and complex cases.
- Manage and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals to deliver efficient and high-quality services.
- Represent the organization in court and tribunal proceedings several times a week.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and legislative requirements.
- Drive a positive workplace culture focused on high performance.
We seek a solutions-focused lawyer who brings demonstrated leadership and strong technical expertise. Key qualifications include:Mandatory Requirements
- Possession of a degree in Law or equivalent.
- Admission as a legal practitioner in Queensland and eligibility for a current practicing certificate and entry in the High Court Register of Practitioners.
This role offers a salary banding of $145,607 - $153,869 per annum plus leave loading and 12.75% super. The position is full-time, mid-senior level and requires a strong focus on delivering high-quality services.How to Apply
