Key Responsibilities- Conduct full-funnel behavioral analysis related to website traffic, user behavior, product performance, and sales performance across all owned digital transactional channels.
- Track key metrics, generate reports, and identify trends to make data-driven recommendations for improving website functionality, user engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance the overall online shopping experience, including A/B testing and experimentation.
- Support in planning, execution, and evaluation of A/B and multivariate testing to evaluate the impact of changes to the website and optimize features, content, and user pathways for maximum conversion.
- Perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis to understand the behavior and preferences of different customer groups, including product performance and customer experience.
- Implement tagging and tracking solutions to ensure accurate data collection and maintain data integrity across various digital platforms and channels.
- Expertly use SQL and data enablement platforms to drive data-driven decision-making and lead upskilling of the regional digital team.
- Collaborate with customer activation and marketing teams, e-commerce leads, and experience leads to track the effectiveness of online campaigns, ROAS, performance of products and categories, and customer behavior.
- Strong analytical and technical capabilities with a solid understanding of web analytics metrics and KPIs.
- Skilled in data interpretation with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and principles, with an understanding of the total digital ecosystem.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams to implement data-informed strategies and tests.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics software, as well as advanced Excel skills, Power BI, or similar for data manipulation and reporting.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience in conducting experiments to optimize website elements.
- Expertise in SQL and experience working in cloud-based data platforms.
- Business acumen and a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing strategies, and user experience principles.
- Adaptability to stay updated with evolving industry best practices and emerging analytics tools and techniques.
- Proactive, curious, and innovative approach to problem-solving with a constant improvement mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a relevant discipline.
- 2+ years' experience in web analytics, preferably within e-commerce or fashion retail, demonstrating a track record of value-creating improvements and a proven history of using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize online customer experiences.
