About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Swimming Instructor to deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a willingness to obtain relevant certifications.

Key attributes and responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to individual needs and learning styles
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for patrons and parents
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and management

Preferred qualifications and skills include:

  • AUSTSWIM Certificate - Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety (or equivalent)
  • ASCTA qualification or current certification
  • Previous experience as a Swimming Instructor (not essential but highly regarded)
