We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a swimming instructor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our junior water lovers. With a passion for teaching children and a commitment to developing their swimming skills, you will contribute to our progressive and safe environment.

You will be based on the Central Coast, where you will work with us to achieve our vision of making a significant contribution to community life.

About Us:

We are a leading club that focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through a diverse range of facilities, restaurants, cafes, bars, gaming, tab, keno, promotions and events. We also have a world-class gym, indoor Olympic pool, international standard athletics track and wellness precinct with hairdresser, beautician, physiotherapist and martial arts studio.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for teaching children a valuable life skill
  • Flexible availability - classes in the morning Monday to Sunday, and afternoons Monday to Friday
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think on your feet and show initiative

You will also require:

  • An AUSTSWIM/ASCTA Certificate of Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety or another current learn to swim qualification and willingness to obtain
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Pool Lifeguard or Pool Operations certificate (desirable)
