  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with major donors, trusts, and foundations
  • Develop a targeted philanthropy strategy and business plan tailored to the needs of Western Australia
  • Re-engage and deepen existing donor relationships while identifying new prospects
  • Create compelling cases for support and funding proposals that align with organizational goals
  • Host donor engagement and stewardship events across Western Australia to foster meaningful connections
  • Collaborate with the national philanthropy team to ensure aligned strategies and processes
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposals accurately reflect key program priorities
  • Provide exceptional in-person support and donor care to WA-based philanthropists
  • Accurately forecast income and report against agreed key performance indicators (KPIs)
