Event Portfolio Manager

This is a pivotal position that offers the opportunity to shape Perth's event landscape, forge strong partnerships, and deliver experiences that leave a lasting impact on residents and visitors alike.
The Key Responsibilities- Craft and execute an events strategy that attracts visitors, strengthens the local economy, and adds value to the community.
- Oversight of all aspects of event planning and delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and effective risk management.
- Build and manage sponsorships and collaborations that extend reach and create value for stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and resources with a clear focus on outcomes and financial sustainability.
- Lead a skilled team by fostering creativity, high performance, and alignment with organisational values.
- A proven track record in delivering major events and sponsorships, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
- Tertiary qualification in events, marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- Strong business acumen, including strategic planning, budgeting, and governance knowledge.
