We support customers in one of the most significant financial decisions they will make - purchasing or refinancing a home. Our team is dedicated to helping customers achieve their dream of homeownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer guidance and advice to customers to help them achieve their goal of owning a home
  • Develop business by building and maintaining internal and external referral sources
  • Attend regular coaching sessions to enhance lending knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in home lending products and current responsible lending legislation
  • A strong presence in the local community and a credible personal brand with customers
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and establishing rewarding relationships
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a lending environment
  • The ability to identify and anticipate customers' financial needs
  • The capacity to see the big picture for customers and provide comprehensive solutions
