Financial Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Solutions Specialist to support our customers and communities in achieving their financial goals. As a key member of our Professional services team, you will play a critical role in delivering a superior customer experience by managing the end-to-end lending process.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and prepare lending submissions, including obtaining and collating information for customers.
- Perform credit analysis, financial modeling, and interpretation of customers' financial information.
- Develop strong customer relationships to identify opportunities and build advocacy.
- Contribute to and actively participate in team meetings, continuous improvement practices, and sharing of skills and knowledge.
- Knowledge and experience of lending processes and credit experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in banking.
- Proven experience with financial analysis.
- Understanding of policy and verification requirements.
- A willingness to continue learning and strive to achieve positive customer outcomes.
