Job Description

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring that our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You will be responsible for managing documents, coordinating meetings, and communicating with stakeholders, both internal and external.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing email correspondence and responding to inquiries
  • Preparing reports and presentations for management
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and meeting schedules
  • Developing and maintaining databases and spreadsheets

In this role, you will work closely with our team to achieve our organisational goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
