Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Imaging Manager to oversee the daily operational services at our Bribie Island site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and efficient imaging service for our patients and referrers. This role involves administration, clerical management, and people management, including rostering and leave management.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the operational efficiency of the site, including clerical, technical, and radiologist staff.
- Act on directives from a State/National level to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Manage staff performance, including probation and performance reviews.
- Identify, arrange, or conduct training requirements for the site and individuals.
- Monitor and manage staff classification, remuneration, skill level, and professional development.
- Senior CT/General Radiographer or Imaging Manager with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience.
- Full-time position with standard and flexible working hours.
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking abilities.
- Previous management experience is advantageous.
