Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Imaging Manager to oversee the daily operational services at our diagnostic imaging centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and efficient imaging service for patients and referrers. This role involves administration, clerical management, and people management, including rostering and leave management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational efficiency of the site, including clerical, technical, and radiologist management.
- Act on directives from a State/National level to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Manage staff performance, including probation and performance reviews, and provide guidance and leadership to the team.
- Identify, arrange, or conduct training requirements for the site and individuals.
- Monitor and manage staff classification, remuneration, skill level, and professional development.
Requirements
- Senior CT/General Radiographer or Imaging Manager with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience.
- Full-time position with standard and flexible working hours.
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking abilities.
- Previous management experience is advantageous.
