Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced CT/General Radiographer to take on the role of Radiographer In Charge of two clinics in Brisbane: Indooroopilly and Oxley. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational services at the site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and efficient imaging service for both our patients and referrers.
Key Responsibilities- Meet company KPIs specific to the role and contribute to site/regional KPIs through effective management of expenditure and resources (including staff).
- Ensure the operational efficiency of the site (clerical, technical, and radiologist) and act on directives from a State/National level.
- Administration and clerical management (including IT).
- People management at the sites.
- Escalating staffing requirements with relevant supporting information to the Operations Manager.
- Recruiting and selecting staff in accordance with the relevant company procedures.
- Identifying, arranging, or conducting training requirements for the site and individuals.
- Monitoring and managing staff performance on a formal and informal basis (including probation and performance reviews).
- Senior CT/General Radiographer or Imaging Manager with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience.
- Cardiac CT and CT protocol building experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking abilities.
- Previous management experience is advantageous.
- Mammography skill set desirable but not essential (upskilling/training offered).
