Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Radiographer to take on the role of Radiographer Team Lead at our Indooroopilly and Oxley clinics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational services at the site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and efficient imaging service for our patients and referrers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet company KPIs specific to the role and contribute to site/regional KPIs through effective management of expenditure and resources (including staff).
  • Ensure the operational efficiency of the site (clerical, technical, and radiologist) and act on directives from a State/National level.
  • Administration and clerical management (including IT).
  • People management at the sites.
  • Escalate staffing requirements with relevant supporting information to the Operations Manager.
  • Recruit and select staff in accordance with the relevant company procedures.
  • Identify, arrange, or conduct training requirements for the site and individuals.
  • Monitor and manage staff performance on a formal and informal basis (including probation and performance reviews).
  • Monitor individual employees in relation to their classification, remuneration, skill level, and professional development and advise the Operations Manager of any relevant recommendations.

Requirements

  • Senior CT/General Radiographer or Imaging Manager with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience.
  • Cardiac CT and CT protocol building experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking abilities.
  • Previous management experience is advantageous.
  • Mammography skill set desirable but not essential (upskilling/training offered).
