Our organisation, the Women's and Children's Health Network, is a leading provider of best practice healthcare services for women, babies, children, and young people across South Australia.

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Cedar Health Service in Adelaide CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality reception and administrative services, supporting the work of the Strategic Projects and Training team and site staff.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing responsive customer service to support the work of the Strategic Projects and Training team and site staff
  • Processing and maintaining site data and associated records, CHS client management systems, financial, HR, and purchasing administration functions
  • Participating in a multi-disciplinary team that provides a wide range of services and delivers high-quality customer service to consumers who have experienced trauma, abuse, and domestic family violence
  • Requiring flexibility to prioritise competing workload demands and work autonomously using initiative

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in the use of client management information and record management systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide high-quality customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Skill in office equipment operation and Microsoft Office Suite: Internet, Outlook, Word, and Excel to an advanced level
