Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Rehabilitation Services to lead our multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional return-to-work outcomes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will motivate and coach your team to excel, while driving business growth and operational improvements.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to deliver consistent high-quality customer service, evident through customer satisfaction, repeat referrals, and achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and implement innovative operational improvements to enhance our services.
  • Develop business and facilitate growth opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders to drive revenue expansion.
  • Recruit, induct, and train new team members, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
  • Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums, representing IPAR's interests and values.
  • Undertake monthly supervision with direct reports, ensuring their growth and development align with our strategic objectives.
  • Drive an engaging workplace culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.


Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing.
  • Full Professional Registration with relevant governing bodies: AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC, RCAA.
  • Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others' performance.
  • Previous or current experience in Occupational Rehabilitation.
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with compulsory insurance.
