About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Parramatta, NSW. You will have the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day while being supported by a close-knit team of driven healthcare professionals.

In this role, you will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with diverse conditions, both physical and psychological, to help them achieve return to health and return to work outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to deliver innovative services, including our pain education Re-thinking Recovery program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Case management with manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation Assistants;
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs;
  • Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals;
  • Completing assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills;
  • Delivering the Re-thinking Recovery virtual reality pain education program.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology and registration with ESSA plus SIRA accreditation;
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded;
  • Fabulous communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders;
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy to deliver exceptional care;
  • Well-developed time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively;
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
