About the Role

As a Bakery Leader, you'll be responsible for managing the bakery department under the Store Manager's guidance. You'll take pride in maintaining high standards of presentation, welcoming customers, and engaging with team members and the local community.

About Your Skills and Qualifications
  • You have experience working in fast-paced environments, including retail and food service settings.
  • You possess direct/indirect leadership experience, which will help you lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
  • You're skilled in maintaining excellent department standards, including stock management, rotation routines, waste reduction, and quality control.
  • You can drive a collaborative culture that prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
