Job Title: Leadership Opportunity

The role of Team Leader Transition To Work is a leadership opportunity to assist the Operations Manager in managing staff within the specified region. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating staff meetings and conducting learning & development workshops for staff each week
  • Early identification of performance matters and reporting to Operations Manager
  • Assisting the Operations Manager with strategic activities to retain and enhance contracts in each Employment Region (ER)
  • Providing supervision and support to TtW staff to help achieve site KPI's
  • Approving of expenditure within delegated authority
Criteria for Success

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership skills and experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • Ability to interpret various guidelines and work within frameworks
  • A passion for helping others
  • A current, clear National Police Check
  • A current QLD Blue Card
  • Valid driver's licence
