Store Manager Position Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent leadership skills. They will have the ability to effectively manage daily store operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a Store Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Overseeing and implementing effective stock management practices and executing visual merchandising standards that align with our brand's direction.
  • Managing all store administrative tasks, including payroll, banking, and creating efficient rosters.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members while cultivating a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Handling customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring excellent service and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
