Water Service Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Water Service Designer/Coordinator to join our client's growing team in Inner-West Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for you to make a significant impact in a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities- Act as Water Servicing Coordinator to facilitate Section 73 and Building Plan approval applications and process with Sydney Water;
- Develop detailed water service designs, including hydraulic calculations and pipe sizing;
- Prepare accurate and timely documentation, including as-built drawings and reports;
- Assist on projects from early quoting stages through to commencement and completion;
- Undertake field work and site inspections for minor and major works projects;
- Liaise with Sydney Water, developers, architects, engineers, and constructors to facilitate Sydney Water approval and commencement/completion of projects;
- Must have previous experience as a WSC with Sydney Water;
- Good understanding of Sydney Water's processes and policies;
- Understanding of relevant software (AutoCAD, GIS, and MS packages - Excel, Word), along with excellent drafting skills and a strong attention to detail;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Driver's license required (to assist with field work and site inspections);
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
