About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Assistant to join our team at our Broken Hill store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales through effective visual merchandising and stock management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a personalized shopping experience for customers, offering styling advice and product recommendations
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, processing, and merchandising stock
- Contribute to the creation of visually appealing store displays and window displays
- Minimize stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures
